Firstly the driver didn't turn up til 4.45 and I had to ask one of the hotel staff to ring the number supplied to find out where he was. I was informed by you that my pickup time was at 4pm for a 9pm flight. They are a total scam and worth avoiding at all costs.I was informed by you that my pickup…time was to be 4pm and to be at the pickup time 15 minutes prior to pickup but waited an hour by the time he turned up.

I would never recommend such a shady company to anyone. Two weeks were up today and finally we received our refund for the services that were never provided.

Finally Hoppa responded but told us that it would take two weeks for them to provide us with a decision regarding our refund. After 3 weeks of emails being sent to Hoppa and not receiving a response we contacted Paypal who we made our payment through and opened a dispute. We were not expecting them to show and made alternate arrangements in advance. Received the confirmation voucher a day prior to the ride back and on the day no ride appeared. Our return ride to the airport 3 weeks later was equally entertaining. Contacted Hoppa via email after spending quite some time trying to find a contact number (you can not call) only to receive no response. We were given another number to call which was not in service. We called the help line and were told there was no such booking for us even though we had a confirmation voucher and number. However, when we arrived in Manchester there was no car or individual to meet us. Prior to arrival we received a confirmation ticket. We booked a transfer from the Manchester airport to Stoke on Trent. I would avoid dealing with them at all costs. They are hands down the worst transportation company in the world.

If I could give Hoppa a negative star I would. We will never use this company again and certainly won’t recommend. We have now started a bank reclaim and after some further research it would seem we are not alone during Nay 2023. We have tried several more times to contact them but with no avail. We then arranged our return journey to the Airport ourselves as we couldn’t chance Hoppa not turning up again. Trying to contact Hoppa was impossible - telephone unmanned voice recording, enter details pres this number press that number, please wait - back to beginning !!!! Sent email and after four days we got a text message asking us to call a number and gues what it was the same unmanned robot machine so again no luck. This company couldn’t find our booking after 10 minutes someone from Hoppa appeared and after another 20 minutes advised there was no booking and that we would have arrange our own taxi and then reclaim from Hoppa although not happy we had to do this. On arrival at GC we went the Hoppa desk which was closed and notice directed us to the next desk. On the day before our flight we even received a text to say they would be waiting for us. Our last booking in Gran Canaria two weeks ago was booked, paid and confirmation received. We have used Hoppa for many many years and at least 3times a year but over the last two years the service has bacons terrible.
